Butterfly Cacao was unofficially born in 2014 when our founder started making chocolate in her kitchen and sharing it with friends and family at potlucks and gatherings. Sarah was looking for a healthier sweet treat that didn’t leave her with a crash and feeling guilty after she ate it.

What started as chocolate cups and creative desserts turned into a company that shares chocolate barks and beverages with the world. We are constantly exploring new ways to get cacao into the hands of our community because cacao is so powerful. Cacao has been known as “the food of the gods” and we love sharing our knowledge about the benefits of cacao as a daily ritual in your morning beverage or as a delicious treat on your charcuterie board.

You can find us every Saturday, from 8-12 PM at the Urban Harvest Farmers Market in Houston, TX. We also offer custom orders and educational workshops to people of all ages because we believe, Chocolate is best when shared!
